This website collects only the information needed to respond to resort and stay enquiries.

Enquiries

When you use the Contact page, the information you submit may be stored in our Cloudflare D1 database so Mahua Hotels Private Limited can respond to your enquiry. This can include your name, email, phone number, travel date, guest count and message. Technical request information may also be retained for basic abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

External services

The site may load photography from external image hosting services and link to WhatsApp, telephone and email applications. Those services may process technical information according to their own policies.

Website analytics

This site uses privacy-light first-party analytics to understand page traffic, device/browser type, broad location supplied by Cloudflare, referring source, campaign tags and the Plan Your Stay journey. An anonymous random visitor identifier may be stored in your browser local storage and a session identifier in session storage. These identifiers are not advertising cookies and do not contain your name, email address or phone number. If you submit an inquiry, the anonymous visitor/session identifiers may be linked to that inquiry so we can measure website conversion.

Cookies

This version of the site does not set first-party advertising cookies. The admin area uses a secure authentication session cookie for authorized staff.
